Situated in Church Street, St. Mary's, opposite the Museum, Midships is the second largest of our four flats and is at first floor level.

Midships is entered from Church Street, via a flight of stairs from ground floor level and a shared hallway.

On entering the flat there is a small lobby with doors which lead to either the lounge, bedroom or toilet.

The high ceilinged, light and airy front room is a combined kitchen, diner and lounge. From the door to this room, on the left, is a modern kitchen with built in electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and washer/dryer. There is a kettle and toaster. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Between the kitchen and lounge is a drop leaf dining table and chairs.

The lounge has a three seat settee and a coffee table. In the corner is a 23" flat-screen television connected to a Freesat-plus box (with "on demand"), and DVD player. CD's can be played on the music centre.

The two large windows overlook the small garden and Church Street. Heating is by an electric convector heater. Switches and dimmers provide flexible lighting in both the lounge and kitchen. Free Wi-fi is available.

Electricity included. There is a USB charging socket.

The bedroom has a 4' 6" double bed with individual bed-head lights, and main centre light.

Diagonally opposite the entrance door is a built-in hanging wardrobe, a dressing table and mirror, and table light. The wash basin is in the window and to the right of this is an en-suite electric shower. A hair dryer is provided. Heating is from a wall mounted convector heater and an electric towel rail. This room has a 19" flat-screen television with Freesat box (and "on demand"). There is also a clock radio. All linen provided (except beach towels).

Change-over day is Thursday. The flat sleeps two persons in a double bed.
