The property hired is strictly on the basis that the flat is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the property by the hirer.

No contract exists until a signed booking form and a deposit of 25% has been received. Telephone reservations will normally be held for 7 days pending receipt of a signed booking form and deposit. The full balance of the total amount is payable no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date.

Details for payment by BACS are on the booking form.

In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must advise forthwith whereupon we will, without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, use our best endeavours to re-let. If re-letting is possible, the deposit, less administration costs & losses will be returned. We strongly advise hirers to take out cancellation insurance cover.

Lettings, unless otherwise agreed, are on a weekly basis and commence from 2pm on the day of arrival, to 10am on the day of departure. We are a non-smoking, no children, no pets establishment.

If for any reason beyond the owners control the property is not available on the dates booked, all rent and charges paid in advance will be refunded in full, but the clients have no further claim against the owners. However every effort will be made to relocate the client into similar accommodation in the area.

The hirer is responsible for all damages and breakages beyond normal wear and tear.
